The Property By-Law Committee was dissolved as of June 2021. Property Standards Committee / Appeals Committee are the same committee, which consists of 3 members of our community.
The Property Standards Committee / Appeals Committee is to hear the appeal of any owner or occupant who has been served with an order issued under the Property By-Laws and who is not satisfied with the terms or conditions of the Order.
The Property Standards Committee / Appeals Committee can confirm, reject, or amend decisions and orders. The decisions of this Committee are final, although there is a right of judicial review.
