Road Closures

The definition of closure is the act of closing something, or an end or resolution of something. When a road is not open to the public because it is undergoing repairs, this is an example of a road closure. 

The closure of a road or border is the blocking of it in order to prevent people from using it.

NOTICE OF DISRUPTIONS

We will attempt to make you aware of road closures and restrictions that might affect regular access to service sites or/and travel routes. Alerts regarding extreme weather conditions and support services may be posted on this page but would most likely be posted onto our Facebook page first.

Roads are always restricted when Public Works does snow removal but they are not closed unless signed.
