Town Hall

The Township is governed by the Mayor & four Councillors.

Administration includes a Clerk Typist/Receptionist and a Bookkeeper under the direction of the Clerk Treasurer. The Clerks primary services include administering the municipal election, managing the decision making process by supporting Council and committee meetings, making information accessible to the public while protecting privacy, providing leadership in matters of protocol, providing administrative support to Members of Council.

The Public Works Department works hard to prioritize the safety of our residents and visitors. They are responsible for maintaining Township owned parks, road ways, sewer and water systems and provide services such as snow plow operations, garbage pickup, marina maintenance, grass cutting, street lights, fallen trees, water connections, etc.

The Township  employs one By-Law Enforcement / Property Standards Officer.

Office hours are :

Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Closed for lunch from 12:00 p.m. (noon) to 1:00 p.m.
