The Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing (MMAH) will be hosting virtual information sessions to provide information on the Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians (DRAO) program, including the application process for the Disaster Recovery Assistance for Ontarians program.
Please contact the Municipal Office (705-634-2145 Ext 223) during regular business hours to rsvp. Persons with restricted abilities or connectivity will be given priority.
These sessions are aimed at helping residents affected by the 2024 Flooding Events sustained in the Timiskaming District to better understand the DRAO program, including the application process.
The sessions will be delivered online via the Microsoft Teams platform.
Each session will begin with a 25-minute presentation followed by a 35-minute question period (i.e., 1 hour).
