        Answer: The activity book is designated to help patients, especially children stay occupied, relaxed and fell less anxious during                         their hospital stay and is distributed in the Timiskaming District in Ontario.

2.    Question: What grants has the Township received in the past year?

        Answer: - Summer Students 2025 - $9,933.00

                        -Summer Student 2026 - $16, 500.00

                        -Community Fund Grant ( Fitness Centre) - $3,000.00

                        -For Kids sake Fund ( Arts and Nutritional Grant) - $1,500.00

                        -Planet Youth Grant - $1,500.00

                        -CEPG (Community Emergency Preparedness Grant) - $50,000.00

                        -Canada Day Grant 2025 - $2,420.00

                        - Canada Day Grant 2026 - $2,410.00

                        -Fire Protection Grant 2024/2025 - $8,592.18

                        - Fire Protection Grant 2025/2026 - $10,000.00

                        - Pothole Grant - $38,000.00

3.        Question :  When was the Emergency Management Program and Emergency Response Plan last updated? And is the Township in                                 compliance?

            Answer:  The Township has been informed on May 7, 2026 by the Ministry of Emergency Preparedness and Response that our                             municipality has satisfactorily completed all 13 program elements for 2025. The most recent revision of the plan was                              made on March 11, 2025. Please refer to the By-Law 2025-08 on our website.
